Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Payment

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, the delivery address, and the shipping method selected.

Any applicable taxes, duties, or carrier fees are also the responsibility of the customer.
Carriers & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States only via USPS.

Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method and are provided by the carrier as an estimate only. We are not responsible for delays once the package is in transit.
Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete.

We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
Lost or Damaged Packages

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the package is accepted by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at unleashkreativity.orders@gmail.com with photos of the damage so we can assist you with a carrier claim.
Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship in separate packages. Shipping charges will be calculated based on the total order.
