Return window

You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received:

  • unused and unopened,

  • with all original components,

  • in the original sealed packaging,

  • accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Junk Journal Kits must be returned as complete sets. Partial returns of kit contents are not accepted.

How to start a return

Email us at unleashkreativity.orders@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if defective/damaged).
Returns must be approved before shipping. Items sent back without prior approval will be refused.

Return shipping

  • If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective/damaged, we’ll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

  • For all other returns (change of mind, etc.), you may either:
    – use your own carrier, or
    – request a prepaid label and have the label cost deducted from your refund.

  • Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval.

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Attach clear photos of the product and packaging so we can evaluate and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

For hygiene and quality-control reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened:

  • Junk Journal Kits – must remain sealed and complete. Partial returns of kit contents are not accepted.

  • Sticker packs, decorative backgrounds, washi tapes, markers, frames, and any loose stationery items – opened or used packs are non-returnable.

  • Gift cards.

  • Sale or final-sale items (as indicated on the product page).

Items must be in original, unopened packaging to qualify for a refund. Packages with broken seals, missing components, or signs of use will not be eligible.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your product following the instructions above and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

We’ll email you once we receive and inspect your return.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at unleashkreativity.orders@gmail.com.
